1. Refund Due to Change of Mind
First Restaurant Group will happily do refunds due to change of mind if the request is received before your order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if a refund can be made.
If the refund is accepted, we will notify you once refund has been processed through email.
If the order has been dispatched, refunds would not be accepted.
First Restaurant Group will happily honor any valid warranty claims such as change of date or message on voucher, if is submitted within 1 day of issued payment.
